At Southern Star Constructions we are very much a hands-on business. Ashley is involved in the day-to-day running of the business and is readily available to Clients to answer questions or solve problems that may arise.

Our Building Services

DA approved
Southern Star Constructions will build from Council approved DA plans prepared by your Architect or Designer. |
Fixed price quotation
We prepare a detailed fix price quotation and advise how to improve on initial budgets to reduce costs. |
HIA Contracts
Once our price is accepted we complete standard HIA Contracts. Southern Star Constructions is a Member of the Housing Industry Association. |
Building schedule
Ashley with his experienced and skilled team of employees and reliable subcontractors will then deliver your New Home, Extension, Renovation or Pool with as little fuss as possible and on time. |
Construction Certificate
Southern Star Constructions will if required lodge the Construction Certificate and coordinate with the relevant Engineers and Private Certifier. |
Fully insured
Southern Star Constructions is fully Insured, we have knowledge of Local Councils, can provide inspections of our completed projects and supply references. |
